Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days, without the need to justify your decision. The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the date on which you have taken physical possession of the goods.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
To return products or exchange them for others, please call 961 412 050 or send an email to pedidos@dietexpress.es with the invoice number and product details.

The User acknowledges that they will be responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning the products (transport and delivery), if any. Furthermore, they will be held accountable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is strictly necessary to verify their nature and characteristics.

 

If your return is not delivered to our facilities or the package arrives damaged, Naturamins Kids is not responsible for refunding the product(s) inside.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

  • To comply with the withdrawal period, you must return the item before the deadline expires.
  • Naturamins Kids is not responsible for the condition of the products if they are not shipped in optimal packaging conditions.
  • Broken, opened, or tampered products will not be refunded.
  • If your order was paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must provide us with an account number to process the refund. You can submit it through the following form: Contact Form.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs, without delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the return at our facilities.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The deadline will be considered met if the products are delivered before their expiration date. You will bear the direct costs arising from the return of the goods.

You will be responsible for the depreciation of the products if you have handled them beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Sealed health items that cannot be returned for health protection reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
