When placing an order in our Online Store Naturamins.com accept our terms of sale as described here

Accepted Payment Methods
Cash on delivery
It consists of paying for the order upon its receipt, at your own home.
Bank transfer
Naturamins.com will only process orders paid by bank transfer once the full amount has been verified as received in our favor.
Payment via PayPal
You can use your PayPal account to complete the payment for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to log in with your username and password to finalize the payment.
Stock
All products marked as "In Stock" are available in our warehouses and ready for shipment.
If, due to a stock shortage in our warehouse caused by a computer or logistical error, we are unable to fulfill the current order in whole or in part, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the order and arrange its subsequent shipment, or to proceed with the refund and cancellation of the order.
The product photos are for reference only; the important aspect is the name of the requested item, which is what will be shipped.

Your personal data will be used solely for customer management purposes.

Warranty and Returns
Warranty for durable goods. According to the provisions of Article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the warranty period for a durable (non-perishable) product is two years from the delivery of said product, and it must be reported to Dietexpress.es within two months following its detection. The warranty will be applied taking into account the nature of the goods sold on the website: 1) They conform to the description provided by the seller (always referencing the product name, as the image may vary if the manufacturer changes the format or presentation); 2) They are suitable for the intended use; 3) They possess the quality and features expected of this type of product. Accordingly, Dietexpress.es will cover the costs arising from the replacement or repair of the product.
Right of withdrawal and returns. According to Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the delivery date provided by the transport company. No penalty shall apply for exercising the right of withdrawal or renunciation. To make a return, it is necessary to contact us via our email soporte@naturamins.com or by phone at 652 960 719 in case of any issue that may lead to the return of one or more products from your order before the withdrawal period expires. The reason for the return must be indicated (defective product, damage during transport, wrong product, or other unjustified reasons). This will allow us to inform you of the steps to follow to process the return. In case the product is received with damage caused during transport, it is important that you take some photographs of the packaging and the damage to support a possible claim with the transport company. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to: the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of having been used; the supply of goods which, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Return for defective product: Naturamins.com will send you a new product once the defective product has been received at our facilities, and will cover the shipping costs incurred for the return. In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will always be the amount paid at the time of purchase, which may differ from the product price at the time of the return. If a refund is issued, the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase will be used.
- Return for wrong product: In the event that you receive an incorrect product in your order, Dietexpress.es will resolve the error as quickly as possible. We will send the correct product immediately so that the courier company can proceed with the exchange for the incorrect product. NOTE: To validate any return, it is necessary to notify Dietexpress.es beforehand. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued before receiving and inspecting the condition of the products at our facilities.
- Return of a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, and we will inform you of the steps to follow to return the product. After receiving and inspecting the condition of the products at our facilities, we will refund the amount corresponding to the price paid at the time of purchase (taking into account any discounts or coupons used).
According to current regulations, returns of food products such as children's gummies, dietary supplements, etc., are not accepted, as this compromises their quality control.
